The Marin County Department of Agriculture oversees the use of pesticides in Marin County. We are committed to protecting our community and beautiful environment by ensuring pesticides are handled and stored properly, and commercial applicators are trained and licensed.

Our goal is to provide and distribute educational material to medical waste producers in order to decrease the disposal violations observed during routine inspections. Ultimately, we aim to reduce blood borne pathogen exposures and environmental degradation due to improperly disposed medical waste.
