Hand wash violations tracking of food facilities in Marin County. For each food facility, data contains four year look backs (or less if not licensed that long) of the number of regular inspections, number of inspections with major hand wash violations, whether the facility had consecutive inspections with major hand wash violations, and geographic information. Handwashing educational visits are also tracked during these look backs. Data is updated every six months.

Environmental Health Services considers the following food facility inspection codes to be a major hand wash violation for purposes of this data set.
